Can my friend Attend a University this year ??

I need a little info.

I have a friend who did Commerce as second shy and he has 1.29 Z-score.

But he hasn't applied for a campus.

My question is, Can he still apply for a university?

If you can answer quickly then it will be a great help for him.

I didn't see any notice about the closing date. I think it's still open to apply.

Thanks friend. After posting this, I went to the website and already found out info

Closing date was February 21.

And I gave those numbers that I found out from their website to my friend and he called and got info.
