Okay. How if you think that you have taken your mind out of the body and seeing your self from outside.
So you see somebody just like you is now breathing? See that very carefully. Let that body take breaths in his own way. That is not YOU now. Just a body.

We can expect others ideas too. This is also a scientific subject which we can share ideas.

However always make sure that you are not confused with ideas (not even with mine). Always refer to Lord Buddha's word in Dhamma. Here is 'Anapanasathi Sutra', in both sinhala and English.
Sinhala - http://metta.lk/tipitaka/2Sutta-Pitaka/ ... ati-s.html
English - http://metta.lk/tipitaka/2Sutta-Pitaka/ ... ati-e.html

Buddhism helps a lot. I believe that also.I will tell you some other simple things I use.(I am not a specialist on advising :P Just get the ideas only bro)

1.If you like to be a Software Engineer(I know that is your ambition :D )You can dream your Future. How It will be.how I will live.Dream you are working in a great company in another country with wow facilities & blah blah. Then you can think that you must work hard on these studies to reach that place. Then you will get a kik on your studies. :P I use this simple method with me.

2.Other thing is we have our heroes in our own.We all love to be like them.you can think about them.they have worked hard & hard for their lives. We also same as them.we are humans, same as them.We have every thing (i am not talking about money or property, about physical ability proper eyes, eyes, thinking power, srilnakans got great thinking power :D )what we dont have to be like them.think few minutes when you are getting up in morning. You will get a hard Kik to work for your future.

3.Watch & read biographies of the great people they will help you to motivate your ideas.(ex-I read Mohomad alis book the greatest.

I feel we are soo lazy to work.He have sacrifice everything for his dream to be heavyweight champ. From his child hood.he was doing so hard work for that.try those books & films. You will get good influence with them)
