OK. Let's See.

Re: Sony Ericsson P1i
Hello
After a While
I found Sony Ericsson P1i Circuit Diagram. Here is a One link that i found which has Circuit Diagrams
http://www.cpkb.org/wiki/Sony_Ericsson_ ... ice_manual
Can I use them to Diagnose the Problem, Because I don't know much about Phone Repairing. I know Electronic little.
I like to know What is the name that Technicians call for the Memory ICs of Phones? Because I feel this is a Problem related to memory, because Phone worked before by reseting Memory and, Now when i get this problem according to my past posts you can see I can turn on via Flight Mode and go to service menu. And I tried to check Microphone it's working but when it begins to record it stucks on recording and nothing works, the only way to turn off the phone is removing the battery
So i think when it begins to use memory the error comes. So I think it must be a problem with memory IC. And another reason is, in Flight mode phone uses only less applications and in phone mode it uses more applications so memory problem occurs.
I feel this is right but don't know am i right
I like to get advices from you guys,Suggestions and Helps too

Re: Sony Ericsson P1i
Since you know electronics, you have heard that modern mobile devices use CPUs such as DSPs (Digital Signal Processors) or microcontrollers. More popularly ARM processors are used in latest phones in the market. If you take your phone for example, it has an ARM9 based 32-bit Philips Nexperia PNX4008 208 MHz processor.
Every DSP/microcontroller has an internal RAM which is large enough to run the firmware (Internal program we write on it). If there isn't enough internal memory on the processor, we add additional RAM chips such as SD or DDR. Programs like games need lot of RAM to run.
Modern DSPs/micros have Flash/EEPROM internally as well. These types are permanent memories unlike RAM. Records like contact details, appointments are stored in these memories. Similarly, if the internal flash/EEPROM isn't enough, we can add Flash/EEPROM chips externally.
Some CPUs have ROM as well which is a fixed storage to contains information such as model number, etc... Once written to these types of memory, it is not possible to change those data.
These are the types of memory used in a modern mobile device. If there is any electrical failure in one of these, you would expereince such problems generally considered as a memory fault which would be hard to detect even for an expereince electronics engineer in the mobile field.
The reason is, CPUs are hard to repair since you don't have the source of the firmware. Only thing you can try is to re-flash the firmware. As I said even an experienced electronics engineer would never be able to track a problem on a CPU without the source. Similarly external memory chips are hard to repair as well due to complexities in communication protocols. Unless you have a way to disassemble the chip and test it with an external device, it is not possible to find an internal electrical failure of an IC. Mostly in these cases people try to resolder the chips using a hot air gun so that if there is any high resistance or a crack, it will be gone. However this is not even possible with modern BGA or LGA ICs where the pins are not visible to outside.
When you have a memory issue in your phone, it is considered cheaper to replace the main board than involving an electronics engineer/technician to repair it. Everybody try the hot air gun and then recommend the user to replace the board. Try to find an old phone with a cracked display or something. It would be harder to find a motherboard for old phone models.
Simple logic ICs such as 74 series can be tested with metres/scopes but I don't think those are available on mobile devices
Guess what. I have just searched on eBay and your phone is far too cheap now. It would be cheaper to buy the whole phone than buying the motherboard

Re: Sony Ericsson P1i
Thanks Shane You gave me very clear Idea about Phones Memory.
Thank You and Zeven Zero too.
Thanks All.
And By The Way Do you know a Good Software which can flash my Phone? I used Sony Ericsson Update service, XS++ and Some more tools but no one Succeed problem is same.
After flashing with another tool then
I'll try to find a board.

But the only Problem with it is the one I said Before.

I bought this one

and Replaced my Phone's Main Board. Now It's Working.
Thanks for Every One Who Helped Me.
