Live Streaming Stalling Issue

I am Watching Cartoon Network from this LInk

Since last Saturday It began to Stall a Lot. It was Stalling before too but not much only 10 times for 30 Min. Now It is always Staling.

My Internet Connection is working well.

And I checked with NBC it is in same web site But it's Working Well.

Can you Help me to Solve this?

Packets are routed around the globe through different paths. Each path has many number of network devices such as routers, switches, etc... If a packet pass through 10 hops in one path, and the same packet takes a congested path with 5 hops, it can be that the packet that pass 10 hopes is the fastest. In that way, it is not easy to predetermine what would be the best without trial & try.

Routers around the globe decide what would be the best path so there is no solution for your problem.

But Other channels work well in same Site, But only this one has the problem and a person from Mexico told me He gets this Channels without any Problem.

That exactly explains the same problem I described before.

It can be few hops to Mexico but many for you in SL. Or else it can be the hops in your path are congested at the time you watch the channel.

I saw somewhere that Cartoon Network on seeon.tv is Streaming in 300kbps.

And In These days I get about 46KBs,Before I got about 54KBs, Is that can Be a Problem?

Can you watch CN for 1 Minute and Tell me How you Get it? if you have 512kbps ADSL connection? According to my Memory You have 2mbps Line.

Right Now I get Something, Correct Me if I am Wrong,

This Started on 11th Friday March 2011, The Same day that Japan Faced Tsunami. I think the Earthquake must has done to Internet Backbone, I think it because the Cable our country connected is going near there, Correct Me if I am Wrong.


That's Means we have to Wait until somebody fix the Backbone.

And Very Sad About Japan too.

No idea about watching online TV I do have many interesting work to do with PC and I believe using it for watching TV at your age is a waste of time.

I only watch TV for 30Mins per a Day Friend.

That is the time my Favorite Show goes.

After Checking I realized that Every channels on seeon.tv has the problem.
