You posted this under computer science which is not the right section. Please use CS section to discuss only theoretical CS things.

Yes, I personally use IDM which is known as the best, isn't it?

Never had a problem with IDM as such anyway. Did you enabled Advanced browser integration from Options menu -> General Tab and select the browser you use?

Neo. I think he is telling about File sharing sites' Problems. I know you know this too. :D :D

It is

File Sharing sites don't let Free users to use Download Managers. Only Premium members can use them.
what i do for that's sites is. Clicking the Download links + ALT key. By doing that IDM doesn't catch that link so the Default browser Downloads it.

I'm wondering why my IDM is able to catch Rapdshare, hotfile, etc... Make sure that you have added "Advance Browser Integration". According to my memory, this is what made it to work. I think you will have restart the browsers after that.
BTW: Which browser you are using. I normally use Opera. May be that is a problem as well. I can guarantee almost all file sharing sites work with IDM from Opera (however without multiple download threads).
