That is,
Neo If you could add a Chat room Or Chatting Service to Expertcore It's a very Good service to us. If you add we can chat with engineers when they have free times. And solve our problems Instantly.

I have integrated a chat system few months back but disabled it due to following reasons.

1. When we use chat, it is just one person that we help. But if we do it through the forum, a person who's looking for the problem will benefit
2. Since almost everyone are busy with work at their workplaces, it is not possible for them to answer people all the time. They can do it when they get a free time

I have seen that when I login, the person who asked the question through the chat is gone
So now you will agree with me that the best way to deliver our knowledge is through topics/posts.
