Could you Please tell me links to learn

It's very good if they are in SINHALA language.
These are must be for Grade 12 and 13. and must be match for my syllabus.

I'm sure it will be a hard job to find materials over the net for you.
However, If you need some assistance to your studies, the best suggestion I can give you is to find a university student who passed A/Ls with the same syllabus and get tuition from him. There are lots of guys who do part-time tutoring.
(Try to find a guy from Uni of J'pura and ask him to find a tutor for you). Do lots of pass papers which will build confidence and practice in you.
