Where to buy denatured alchohol

Hi,
I want to buy some alchohol for trying french polishing. Are they available in local hardware stores?. I haven't dealt with those hardware stores and do not have any idea about their inventories.
Looking for about 500ml.

Normally, there are some chemicals readily available in paint shops. I guess those are having mostly ethanol but it is better to buy a product rather than ending up in jail

I will look in a paint shop.
. It is ethanol with little methanol added. Haven't seen those products in SL.

Are u luking for pure alcohol without methanol? Any how there is a place called S K Laboratory you can buy any chemical. (I have lost the contact no. Il find it and post here soon.) Its on the 3rd floor of colombo fish market.

I will check. But I am not looking for laboratory grade ethanol.
