If you have a virus Infected Pen Drive. Do this to Remove viruses.

Get an Ubuntu or any Linux Disk.
Then Boot your PC by using that CD.
Then Plug your pen Drive into USB socket.
Then open it. after that Delete Unnecessary File of your Pen.
You can See viruses as .exe Files. Remove them if you don't Recognize them.

After that the virus will be deleted.
