I was wondering whether that is really possible when you suggest that link. I don't see anything like that in that link other than it states
how can I install it on Windows XP? Until now, that hasn’t been possible
Anyway, there is no direct way. We can't download a separate install for IIS. It comes as a Windows Component. Other than you are able to install that, there is noway to upgrade those components.

Anyway Microsoft has released something called WebMatrix which allows you to develop websites for free. Have a look at
