I found the user guide at http://www.sarpro.ru/wd_docs/rukovodstv ... c-1500.pdf but I don't think you can find the circuit diagram on the net.

Write to them by explaining the situation and request it from them. If you can provide the serial numbers, etc... on the machine that you are going to repair, they might decide to provide you the circuit diagram. Also, you can try to find a local dealer/agent for this and try requesting from them.
