With Google mail forward function, it is true that we can only forward email to a single address. Here is the way to add multiple (or even single) forward email addresses using filters.
- Login to your account
- Go to Settings
- Go to 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP' tab and click on 'Add a forwarding address'
- Enter the email address you want
- Gmail will send a confirmation request email to given email address with a link which you need to click and confirm. Or else you can enter the number specified in that email to the confirmation box given which is under the same tab.
- Repeat above 3 steps to all the email addresses that you need the current emails to be forwarded
- Logout from current gmail account and re-login to refresh the confirmation process
- Go to Filters tab and click on 'Create a new filter'
- Enter the criteria. For example, if you want to forward all the emails that are coming to current email address, enter current email address to To: field.
- Click on 'Create filter with this search'
- Select options you like with selecting a email address from the forward list. Just select one for now.
- Click on 'Create Filter' button
- That's it!
