Hello

I client I know told me he need a site like this

http://www.twitrater.com/

I like if it can be made in a CMS.

I don't even have a clue to what to do. :?

Here is the info he gave me

Website is required.
Website will be a hub and will bring together Twitter accounts.

Focus of website is Twitter profile rating.
A user on the website will have the option to rate a Twitter profile between 1-10 and rating will then place Twitter profile into a leaderboard.

Main page will have different leaderboards and catergorys

Eg: best looking male, best tweeter, best profile picture

The leaderboards should update weekly.

The website should allow people to sign up to add their Twitter account
And also login to place votes.

?lso the Options to add twitter profiles @eg: for Rating purposes only

Can you help for me that? If you can give me tips then I can follow them and make the site.

Thanks

I don't think a CMS will help at all for this. It would be better if you could implement that from scratch. HTML/CSS (to make the site beautiful) combined with php/MySQL will get you there. You will also have to use Twitter API which supports Twitter access, etc...

So I have to tell him I still can't do it until I learn.

By the way Thank you very much for replying with your heavy workload.

Yes. Also, you might ask from someone like Herath or Enigma to work with you on this and share profits.

But they are busy also right?

And Herath isn't much interested in freelancing and Enigma still learning PHP.

And also I don't mind sharing the profit. I am not greedy :) But I told the buyer that i can't do it. But the buyer really likes to work with me he asked again but I said no again(He asked can't I do anything of that work).
