I saw a disscusion on FB, about blocking http://www.hackrishz.tk by SLT. They say this domain has blocked by SLT becase of an order of Ministry Of Defence. But I don't think so.

Any way, why this domain doesn't work with SLT?
(It works with other ISPs well)

I saw that on Techkatha Google Group.

No idea on what's going on. It doesn't work even with Hide My Ass Web Proxy. I think there is a problem in the domain?
