First Of all Download Joomla And wamp server from here

Joomla

Wamp

Then Install wamp and Start It.
Then Click on wamp icon on task bar and then click on phpmyadmin. Then create a New Data Base at any name you want

Then extract Joomla to your wamp installation folder's www folder.
Then type http://localhost in your browser and then you will see a link called Joomla then Click on it then you will get the Joomla web installation.

Now you are in installer
1 Choose Language then press next button of the top of the page
2 Pre-installation Check -press next
3 License -press next
4 Database Configuration
Database Type = mysql
Host Name = localhost because we use joomla in our PC
Username= root we didn't create a new user account so use root it's the default user account
Password = leave it blank because we use the default root user account if you created a user account for joomla before in Mysql use those username and password
Database Name = joomlabase the data base we made before
NOW PRESS NEXT
5 FTP Configuration -press next
6 Main Configuration
Site Name= name for your joomla site
Confirm the Admin E-mail and Password.
Your E-mail= add any email you want
Admin Password = administer password for the site
Confirm Admin Password= password again
Press NEXT
Now Go to your wamp installation directorie's www folder and then go inside to the joomla folder and then delete or Rename the installation folder if not you won't be able to access to your site's admin panel.

Now type http://localhost/Joomla/administrator/ then you can access to your admin panel.

Very Simple Isn't it :D

Thanks

Fist see did your wamp server is in online mode. You can find it by placing your mouse on the task bar icon. If yes then click on it and then click "Start All Services "

Then Try localhost again

Extract Joomla to your Desktop and then Rename it to Joomla.

delete www folders contents except index.php.
then copy your Joomla folder to it. Then Try localhost again. If these all worked well you would see Joomla link in localhost.
When coping copy Whole Joomla Folder. Not it's Sub folders :)

By the Way I don't know much about wamp server. Neo Taughtme to use it :)
