I was looking for an online image converter to convert a png image to ico for the use of favicon. The mian reason was Adobe Photoshop wasn't supporting ICO. I first download a free ICO converter and found that the quality is horrible.

Then I found this site http://www.coolutils.com/online/image-converter/. I first saved my PSD to PNG and then use this to convert to ICO for the use of favicon.ico and believe me it has converted the image with fantastic quality.
