I made a WordPress account

My Problem is how to Add a Plugin to it? for this problem i used Google but i found sites that they said use a FTP client i have a FTP client it's FileZilla But I don't know how to connect it with Wordpress.

I found the Problem. It is if i want to use wordpress with plugins i have to host the page in my own server.

Can you please tell me a free web hosting site to use for this. It must be without ads because i want to use Google adsense.

to connect to the ftp use these

FTP Host : ftp.sitename.com
FTP Username : your cpanel username
FTP Password : your cpanel password
