Seeing English films (without sub titles in Sinhala) and listening to English songs will improve your skills. Try to follow computer books in the fields of your interest, etc...
Try to find few UK guys from ICQ or Skype, so you can have your own friends.

Other than that, I can't think of anything.

Yes. You right. I always watch English Cartoons at a English Channel So I get touch with the Language more often and now I understand My English is Improving.

My Reply is late. When I was making this thread I was not doing those things. I hardly Listed to English songs and Read less Books.(Actually very very Low)

And I have Few Foreign Friends too. But I couldn't chat with them Much. Only they are online.

Now I am getting touch with English More than Sinhala Since I am always with my PC

i got brain washed from the news i watched it so much that sometimes when i talk to some people i talk just like a
news reporter and my friends say where did you learn that lol I tell them i just watched the news to much

I watch Cartoon Network. Its Cartoons have Cool English Accents And they also Telecast Ads so i get in touch with some more Accents

Now I get More knowledge than before. So It's like i don't need chats
