How to remove the water marks

I wanna remove some water marks in pictures?
Can anyone give me some help.please.
I use PHOTOSHOP for my work.(I don't know more about it..I am still a beginner!!)

I will attach some files.Will any one give me some example to learn this thing. I wanna learn about it.
