Friends I wanna know how to make a real time count down timer in web page,

In under constructions pages,such like this

coming soon 12 days : 10 hours : 45mins : 32 sec

I am sure you have seen them.I wanna display in HTML page.

What I did for my Pages Were,

Searched Free Hit Counters in Google then Got the HTML codes from those Pages which give the Code.
