Website wireframe.

Can you tell me about this.I like to know about this.Because I got some PMs from FREALNCE.I wanna reply that soon.First i like to get the idea about this.
The project is to redesign a web.Single page.
*.I need a single template created for this page
*.Your design should include all the elements seen on the page including ad zones.
*.You can submit a single wire-frame or a fully rendered design
Can you please explain about wireframe & rendered design.

I didn't accept the BID.Because that web contains adults.

A website wireframe (also "web wire frame", "web wireframe", "web wireframing") is a basic visual guide used in interface design to suggest the structure of a website and relationships between its pages. A webpage wireframe is a similar illustration of the layout of fundamental elements in the interface. Typically, wireframes are completed before any artwork is developed.

Rendered design or mockup design is the image of the front page to illustrate the colour schemes, control positions, etc... It is just a jpg type of flat image (usually designed with Photoshop).
