In my Nokia 5130 XpressMusic mobile phone the USB data cable is not recognized by
my PC's USB port. Cable's type is marked as CA101D. I downloaded a driver from the Nokia site
for Type CA 101 which is the only available one but it didn't work. My phone is an original bought from the Nokia agent but support people there are clueless. Cable is OK, because it works when they connect it. Any comments or suggestions.

If you are using front side USB, try using back side USB ports to connect. The front side ports can't draw much power to devices.

Thanks for the suggestion. I do use rear USB port because front ones are anyway not connected internally. I will contact the agent dealer and get the CD.

You can download the drivers from Nokia site. (I remember they have a combined setup package that supports many phones).
