Two submission rules

There are two submission rules
- Always use Code when publishing source codes.
You can easily do this by highlighting the code and pressing the "Code" button - When you submit an article, always make it as "Sticky" so it will remain on the top list. General questions/answers will go down by the age. (You can change this by the "Options" tab which is appearing at the bottom of the page -> Post topic as: Sticky).
