try the touch and type nokia X3 02..It is the latest Mobile in Nokia .it doesn't have qwerty keypad but it has many specification what you want..

I think it is Rs 18000 in Srilanka.It is HSDPA 10.2.Camera 5MP.very slim.

Now new phones are going into ARM Cotex A15 chips. Sellers who have brought Cotex-A9 and A5 phones need to
finish their stocks. So don't get cheated just for the speed saying "1.5 GHz", A15 800Mhz is far better than
A9 2 GHz. Wait another few months , in few months of time you'll have almost A15 phones.

When you there for to buy a phone always as it's ARM generation.

And some chips like A8 are worse. Because as I know A8 was failed on it's power consumption.
