Airtel Broadband Review (Sri Lanka)

I have very bad expereince with Airtel Broadband in Sri Lanka. During day time, it is good. But at nights where I used it the most, it is horrible. Customer service is unsatisfactory. They think they are the people who knows about everything. Also promised me a Rs. 400/m line and I ended up paying them Rs. 480/m. I hate the guys who advertise without taxes. After several complains made to their service team, I had to decide to disconnect due to their substandard service.
They don't support temporary disconnections. After 3 months time, the temporary disconnection becomes permanent and I will have to buy a new connection.
Customer support staff are very demanding and I highly recommend you to speak in English with their staff.
They also need us to visit their office for small things. They think we have nothing to do other than wasting time on their offices.
I can't recommend anybody to buy Airtel Broadband. This is my personal opinion.
