regarding that, there is a bbcode for publishing pdf files.
The code is, Let's test it here by loading AD dialog PDF file.
If I/you see this work then it should work.

tested and it doesn't appear like code work. May be pdf2 bbcode converter may work nice
here. Any other alternatives?

As mentioned Chanaka, the best way is to compress it to be few 2MB or 1MB files.
