How to transfer files on your phone with bluetooth in Ubuntu

Bluetooth is normally installed with Ubuntu. However I found it bit difficult to get files from my Nokia mobile phone when connected through bluetooth. Later I discovered there is a package called Blueman that helps a lot to come around this issue which is available in Ubuntu software Centre.
It appears as Bluetooth Manager.
Notice that all downloads are going to /home/public folder.
