Dear friends.
I need Led strobe light cc't diagrame. It should can drive 50nos of 5mm white LED from 230v. If anyone have tested cc't, that's fine. Pls.post it that

Which type of circuit, you are expecting? to drive strobe light using a circuit or to lightup 50LEDs from 230V?
Some diagrams may help you,
But my choise is drive it using a 4017 (knight rider) circuit powered by a transformer.

This is exactly the circuit diagram used to make the strobe in the youtube link.

If you can use a little AC-to-DC power supply, you can directly use this without any modification.

But i try to use Rksk 1st circut diagrame (hand written one) + above circut final diagrame(ledstr.png). Will I have to do any modification using this cc't with 50nos white led with using 230v and without transformes?
