Quick guideline on files required for PCB production

Lot of people give us orders with incomplete Gerber files and we had to spend considerable time on sorting them out. So as a guideline, I would like to list down the files we require for a dual layer PCB production.
This may change at anytime.
The Gerber file must be RS-274x format
GTO - Top silkscreen
GBO - Bottom silkscreen
GTS - Top solder mask
GBS - Bottom solder mask
GTL - Top tracks
GBL - Bottom tracks
TXT - Drilling data (In Excellon Standard)
Sample GTO (Top silkscreen)
Sample GBS (Bottom solder mask)
Sample GBL (Bottom tracks)
Sample TXT (Drilling data)
