Good Retulator for working with 3.3V

Most of the times , when we are design electronic circuits , we have to use both 5V and 3.3 V. Because some electronic
components working in 5V and some are in 3.3 V. LM3940 is a low cost , but good regulator ,
which input 5V and output 3.3 V. So it will easy to work with this IC , when we have to work with both 5V and 3.3V.
Here I am attaching the data sheet of it.

Thanks for the 3.3V regulator info. I have been looking for one.
