windows mobile help needed....Urgent.....plesae.......

my i mate 8502 phone now displays i mate welcome screen only. I soft reset the device and even I only get the splash i-mate logo screen and the OS never loads. I tried more soft resets and removing the battery for several minutes but nothing works. I can't perform a hard reset via the software since I can't get the OS to load.
I've only had the device for few months ! Is there any thing I can do?
I haven't upgraded the software. I only installed a few games and some apps via Windows Marketplace.
Even i cant connect my phone via active sync to pc .
It runs on windows mobile professional 6.0....
what i can do for my ppc.........
Please help me..............

Try Reinstalling the OS
There might be some guides about this in the Net Since other phones such as Sony ericsson and Nokia have this function via there software I think this mobile must have too.

pc doesn't show my phone as connected. Because active sync doesn't work as the result of boot failure of the phone.
therefore ROM upgrade is difficult.
That is the problem i have !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Isn't there any way ?..

. Everybody knows about Google and people come to forums to get some personal assistance. So it's simply a joke when you suggest them Google
Here is the way to hard reset your device. (Note that a hard reset will clear all your data and contacts (including programs you have installed yourself). Since there is no way to backup them, we have no out here.)
- Remove battery and reinsert (to make sure the phone is off).
- Hold down Fn and the Green button (with the phone icon on it) and press the power button.
- Continue holding Fn and Green buttons until the white hard reset option appears on screen almost immediately. Press the Left Soft Key to hard reset.
Let's see how it goes. Make sure you inform here the results.

Second, Your Method to hard reset worked charm on my phone. now my phone is working....... Thank you very much....
Past couple of weeks i had hanged on the Net as a bat on a tree to find out a solution.I wrote to several forums.........But..
I couldn't find any sufficient . I spent past couple of weeks with unbearable sadness. Because my phone is my life at hand...
