CAN ANY ONE GIVE SOME .PDF LINKS TO LEARN MS DOS.
OR CAN PLEASE HELP ME TO LEARN?
I KNOW ONLY BASIC COMMANDS.I LIKE TO LEARN DEEP ABOUT IT..
I THINK IT WILL HELP ME TO LEARN PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES IN THE FUTURE?

I don't see any use of learning DOS commands as DOS is 100% deprecated by now (no use).
However I see a value in learning POSIX commands that are used in Linux, Unix type operating systems. See following articles if you are interested.

However since your interest is in to DOS at the moment, I would like to let you have some notes about it.

Operating Systems. See also
How Operating Systems Work.
After you learn the basics in Operating Systems, you can jump to an excellent programming language like C# or C++ straight away. (No need to learn DOS commands at all).

IT WAS VERY USEFUL TO ME TO MY STUDIES.
I HAVE MS-DOS AS A SUBJECT IN MY STUDIES.(COMPUTER SYSTEM DESIGNING DIPLOMA.)

I am Learning C++ with your Tutorial you gave me and I've Printed it
And I learn it in my free time.
Do I have to learn about OSes before learn C++ ?
Because I didn't learn about them i started straight ahead learning C++

Don't worry. Just learn C++ for now. No one can't learn everything at ones. You can come to OSs later. There is a branch in programming called System Programming. this is about writing Operating Systems. You can learn all these things one after the other.
