Normally by default, females are like to lose weight and slim tall body and males like muscle filled body.
However nobody likes to increase the weight and it's unhealthy.
And also if some female like to have muscles like a body builder or a male love to have a slim and tall
body that doesn't say that she is a boyish girl or he is a girlish boy.This is a unfair justice that common
in the society. That's completely a psychology and how their physical body have organized.It have nothing
to do with being a male or female.It's a unfair justice.there can be males who are completely psychologically
and physically healthy but belongs to the non default category.I want to openly say that I'm in that rare
category.socieaty is doing this unfair thing , not only this take a example about circumcision , while biology
have completely explaind that it have nothing to do with sexual pleasure or sexual helth, people are continue
to follow it without any logical framework.Just don't care these kind of people.
To lose weight as well as to have a proper shaped body I used to do aerobics , there is a nice gym and a
well experienced aerobics instructor who is conducting classes. but I'm not following that class because
I'm still no job but class fee is 7,000/- per a year.

you would be able to find a cheap gym for that
anyway.
another myth is in our society is aerobics are only for girls , which is wrong. The aerobic instructor is a male
at the gym that I speaking.
Another good sport is gymnastic , but as we know we are on age 18-30 so we can't easily learn it.And gynamstic is
also trained under the well experienced people , so if you have a younger brother or sister don't worry to send him
to the class. Gymnastic is not designed for burning fat like aerobics but it will completely helps you to have more
flexibility and even good morals to your life like patience , concentration and courage.But aerobics is just losing
energy. If you don't want energy then don't take it by mouth.
