how to insert a bookmark or placemark in Adobe Reader X

When I was reading e books with large number of pages I got a big problem with remembering the page number where I stopped.When I got win 7 with me I used sticky notes for that purpose.But I found a little feature with Adobe reader X when I googled for that.Here it is.It might help you also.

Start Adobe Reader X

then go to Edit > Prefernces ( Hope you like short cuts Crtl + K )

then Go to Documents > Make a Tick in the check box upper in the dialog box named Restore last view settings when re opening Documents

I was searching for adding bookmarks but Only Adobe Reader Pro has that.
