My New Router I am using now, Sometimes when i watch online live streams, Suddenly Internet connection goes. But all Router's Light working but can't connect to the net. And after little time Network indicator of Windows 7 shows a Yellow symbol and says no internet access.

When this was happening, I tried to log in to router's admin panel but it was only loading but didn't succeed. Then I restarted the Router then it worked. This happened 2 times today and every time i restarted the router.

But Only when watching Videos at other times it's working well.

Our Phone line sometimes has a Bad sound. I mean like a loose connection. Is this could be the Problem?

Or Is this because of using via USB? But I suspect this.Since If modem worked well there can't be a problem. But when i was using modem in past days it disconnected a lot. Since I feel phone line's problem caused this. (Our Phone line Damaged too Due to the Lightnings at past days. After repairing it there are still problems )

If this is a Problem with the Router Will it be solved by Upgrading the Firmware ? But I can't do it until i buy a Network Card since My Router only supports upgrades via LAN.

Thanks

Of cause this will disrupt the ADSL connection between your router and the SLT switch. SLT also refresh the IPs evry 5 hours or so. At that time also, you will be disconnected for at least few seconds.

No I don't think so.

You can complain them again if you don't have the perfect line quality.

I have seen some routers that only support Firmware upgrade through LAN. If that is the case, yes, you need to wait till you get a Ethernet card.

Thanks Friend. I think the Phone Line is the Problem.

If you get unidentified network in network list, update your windows and use static IP for your computer. I had these kind of problems and solved them later. Windows event logs helped a lot to figure out some problems.
