There isn't any free web site that I know you could get free support for phone repairs. There are lots of phone repair guys in Colombo but I suspect they spend time to help others for free. Web related is for web technology related topics like adsense, internet maps, etc... Even earning money though adsense will go under Web Related as it is valuable for a core web developer.

Finding non-technology related web sites is definitely go under General.

Recently my good-for-spares N96 stopped booting up. I tried flashing with dead phone flashing. It boots up after flash but then again hangs after removing USB cable. I just removed every plastic part (Camera, keypad dom sheets etc) from the main board, then had a nice reflow in the oven (normal electric oven).(160 degrees pre-heat then gradually increase to 250 degrees celcius, and in that temperature about 30 seconds ). After cooling down inside the oven, i reflashed it. And it just worked!. its been a week and never had any problem still.

But I would not recommend doing this to your phone unless you have done a full analysis of the problem and do not have any love for the phone anymore.

Anyway, doing it carefully might solve your problem. But I can not guarantee. These ovens are not baking things at the temperature which their displays show. So, you have to be careful!!!
