In my personal experience ebay.com is the best. Recently one of my friends their bought a microcontroller programmer for a very reasonable price with free shipping. I also know several people who are reselling items they bought through ebay to local people.
If you are going to buy things from internet and you are in Sri Lanka, take a Web Card from Sampath Bank. This is a Visa debit card where you can load a small amount (say Rs. 2000) and use for online shopping. So it is very safe.

I have Used Ebay.com Too. But I used money that i Have earned from the Internet and i used Prepaid Debit Master Card. I got it from the internet too. These two are 100% free.

I need to buy some electronic parts online. I am going to use ebay. But I am confused with creating new account on ebay .Can any one please tell me how to do it ?
