I am Entering Products On Magento Web site. But Making Product and saving Products are very slow Please Tell me a way to speed up them it must be a way that i can do on my computer not on the site.

Magento is the shopping cart software, right?
According to my knowledge it is written in php with mySql database.
I'm not sure how to speed up both php and db when it is installed in your PC as everything depends on CPU and RAM.
