Connecting Nokia 5110 LCD Display Module to microcontroller

If you have a Nokia 5110 LCD Display module such as the one in TRONIC.LK as below, and you need to connect it to an Arduino or another type of microcontroller based development module, here is a quick guide which will help you out.
