other thing Is paypal is not working in Srilanka
You can add your Local Bank Savings account number & the bank SWIFT code to the MoneyBookes Account (You have 1 primary Account + add secondary accounts number for the moneybookers).When you get money to the moneybookers account you can with Draw funds to the Local Bank Savings account with out any Question.

this is bank account manager & I have added 2 bank accounts.
this is how a withdrawal Process.
I get Money with to my BOC account within 4 or 5 days.It comes as Inward Remittance from moneybookers.After few days I get a Letter From BOC IR devision about the Remittance It got to my account.It contains the Dollar amount I got.the exchange rates + etc.
PS-MoneyBookers USA-->Srilanka Not allow money Transfers.

you can go to Peoples Bank Web site & find the SWIFT code for the bank.It is simple.I used BOC swift code.you can try any bank for this . (Not sanasa,samurdi,grmeeya banks haha)
The answer for the other one you asked is I tried to get some funds through Moneybookers(MB) to my MB account from my Byers MB account.He told me it is hard to use Scriptalce to do my payments all the time.But it failed.they are not allow to transfer funds from USA to SL
