You can search in eBay. About an year back, I bought a MID Android ePad from that and it costed me somewhere around $130. Customs retained it and I had to pay nearly Rs. 1500 to clear that. Mine doesn't haev in-built GPS but it is quite popular now. Mine is working fine so far without a single sign of a problem.

With eBay, there is a guarantee for your money (from PayPal) and you will receive something (Buyer Protection). I'm using it for a long time (more than 10 years) and never found any problem (May be I'm lucky). Make sure you buy from suppliers with good ratings. 90%+ feedback is enough.

This is one of them. Note that there are 8" and 10" models as well.

You will have to check whether the OS is upgradable otherwise it is useless. Some cheap ePads doesn't support that. But it is not easy get a good answer for our questions sometimes since sellers are mostly not technical guys.

Finally, if you are looking for a quality brand with warranty, you might like the Huawei Ideos S7 from Etisalat. Check the last device in http://www.etisalat.lk/androids.cfm. You can use this as a phone as well. Samsung Galaxy Tab is also a nice ePad but still it is very expensive (I think Rs. 70K+).
