This is about a freelance project.I wan't fast reply friends.

As the title stated, i am looking for high pr backlink sites. You can do by forum posting, blog commenting etc.

I am looking for 500 backlinks. I can pay upto $30 since, this is my first time getting backlinks. I want to invest low money.

Can you say what are backlinks?
Any idea about this.?
He is asking me that how I am going to do this.To increase the site rank.

May i know, what all will you do, to get high page rank backlinks. I dont need spam posts. I check and complete payment. How can i sure, that you get from high page rank websites.

Link building is Getting Links back to for a One site.

You have a site called www.gsparkz.com
then you post on blogs and forums or submit to directories with your link that is link building.
here is about more.
you post on www.a.com your link that is www.gsparkz.com. then you get a backlink from www.a.com. that is link building.

The buyer is asking you to do that on High Page ranked sites and forums. you can find those by Searching on Google. High Page rank means something like this.
If you search on Google using this Keyword "Technology" Then you get a huge list of sites. Then imagine then Expertcore comes to the Top of the Search result. then ec have high page rank. It mustn't come to the top but if it come to first page it has a good page rank.

If you like to do this project tell the buyer that you will find High page rank forums and web sites then you will post his site's link, But remember one thing you have to do 500.
When posting on forums post with good contents, Avoid posting Spamy things like this.

Then People Think it is Completely Trying to get them to visit the site. So add some good contents and then add the link.

Otherwise you will be banned from forums too. And your Posts won't be approved.
