Friends I could make a small site with Word Press.
Thanks NIPUNA,He helped me lot

Now I wanna know how to make a them (Simple) to my site.I can find .zip files with themes.But I wanna make my own design.Can any one give me some instruction about this.I reffered some e books.But they are heavy to handle & all contain complex php codes as theme designs.

I like to work with DEAM VIWER It is better to get some ideas from you to start designing by dreamviewer.

Have a look at http://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wor ... _theme.htm. Note that this is just a simple one. If you want a more advance version you need to read some books on that. Better start with simple ones and then move to more advance ones.
