How do people buy and sell stuff on the classifieds.....if parts need to be mailed... Do you pay before you receive? Half before half when received?

There is a new method called POD or Pay on Delivery. Most of the inland courier companies support this. Otherwise full payment to a bank account and then post the package is the normal way.
