Best mass emailing service for email marketing/news letters

I was looking for a mass emailing solution for newsletters and email marketing. Almost all services has a daily/hourly limits unless you buy your own VPS or Dedicated server. Gmail has a 500 emails per day limit and the others are even less than that.

I have came across a service called SendGrid which offers great prices and I guess they also do what they promise. I didn't use this service yet, but thought it would be helpful for someone who is looking for a similar solution.

I guess the Lite version matches most of us. Say we are sending 10,000 emails per month, we will have to pay them (10,000/1000) x $0.10 = $1 = ~LKR 110.00
