Both internationally valid cards with almost no difference. However at the beginning MASTER was more in to Asia and VISA in to West. Now those are supported everywhere. I never found a place that only supports either MASTER or VISA.

American Express (AMEX) is one of the most highly recognised cards in the world. In good old days, those are only owned by highly rich people. Now Sri Lankans can also own AMEX.

Anyway, if you are in a point to take a decision between MASTER and VISA, go for VISA :)

AMEX is handled in Sri Lanka by Nations Trust bank. If you already have MASTER then you don't need to think about VISA.
There is no difference now. Both are accepted everywhere in the world.

I posted in another topic. As said, yes, you can use that with AlertPay to withdraw funds.

The AlertPay site says they support worldwide fund transfers to credit cards...see the link on the other topic. However what Nipuna said was, it is not possible to transfer funds from that freelancing site to site point ?

Neo,

I didn't see any Freelancer sites let transfer the funds to Alertpay. all sites are supported paypal and Moneybooker.
But as SRILANKANS we only have to use MoneyBooker because Paypal doesn't support fund receiving for Sri LANKA :(
