Specify the model number/brand of the decoding unit.

Should be on the back label of the unit. If there is no label specifying the model/brand, then it is not possible find them without opening the unit which will void warranty.

When you find them somehow, you need to Google that for any firmware update, etc... but I'm sure this is not easily possible and you won't get it for free if someone is capable of doing that :D

From the products menu, find the model you have and then do a Google search for what you require. If there is anything available, Google will find it. (As said before, I can't encourage you to do unethical things) :)

I was only able to find this forum on this. Not much valuable information on firmware upgrade, etc... However submit your question in that forum. They might able to help you.
