9800 has enough power to play them very well at medium settings. And even high for some.

That is kind of good when considering the electricity cost in Sri Lanka. :D . I can't even think about having to live under 90 units of electricity constraint. For this month, we are already close to 150units I think. Do not have much stuff and most of the bulbs are high quality CFLs. Still we need about 4 units a even without my PC on. Not wasting electricity at all. But I think, we will have to see if there are any holes in the wires that electricity leaks from. :S

My mind is still going here and there. :D

Finally I decided to buy this, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gigabyte-GV-N44 ... 3374a44273

I could buy 9800GT but if I do I'll cost more for the PSU so it's good to get this one since I don't need to upgrade the PSU.

Your ideas ? :)

Cool. :) And I saw on YouTube that it can be used to play some cool games. So I think I will be able to play even in low settings. :)

By the way, Can you tell me about Pixel shader and Vertex Shader of this? I've searched but couldn't find

I used to play games from 2011 in the lowest possible settings with my GeForce 7600GS. I overclocked it to the possible maximum. And eventually the capacitors on the VRM exploded. How ever it was about 4 years old when it ceased to function.
The card still works when plugged in. I replaced the capacitors. But it freezes randomly.

So GT440 is not that bad for casual gaming. And mostly, you might get bored of those aim and click to fire games. :D. Now I do not even look at those war themed and like games.
