Go ahead & follow my blog <link removed> you'll find the circuit diagram to build a programmer then
download MPlab too , Better Start with a Simple PIC like PIC 16f84a thts how I started

also follow the datasheet of 16f84a care fully I ll Update u for the 1st project
U need a bit of common sense thats all (i assume u've burnt ur fingers with a soldering Iron :mrgreen: -i mean ur not new to tronic :geek: s)
