Since it seems that you are new to 3D graphics and software, you must go to an academy to learn the basics.
Bit of geometry with mathematical terms that are often used in software are required. If you are good in mathematics, you can straight away refer a book and understand (still you have to gather the terms).
Don't worry about language. When you are willing to learn, you will get that as well.
Our intention is to give assistance for people who get stuck when trying to implement things practically. Teaching someone over the net through a forum is impossible though we like that. So please try to do a diploma that covers the area of your interest.
